Christmas vacation

I'm on vacation at these nice girls house so I don't have access to uploading my photos.  I'm having fun exploring my new place until my owners come back to get me.

Lazy afternoon update

Meow!

I've become a bit more independent the last few days although I still like to cuddle and snuggle when the people are sitting down.  I am allowed to hang out in the studio now and my favorite is sitting in all the windows on the porch.  Mama moved the basil into the kitchen and I like to get on the stool and smell it.  (I've accidently knocked several leaves off...sorry!)

I'm going to be spending Christmas break at the house of 3 fun girls.  I'm going to meet at least one of them tonight.  Mama says they are very excited for me to come over and play.  I hope they get me some new toys.

Rugs and Mice

I've been having a good last few days. Sometimes I am home by myself and I get to play and nap and then the people come home to feed and play with me. I know how to play with all my toys now and several of my mice are taking a good chewing! Luckily I still don't chew on anything I shouldn't! Sometimes when I'm playing with my mice, I do somersaults!

I'm not supposed to get on these white things with keyboards and screens that the people have. I usually put my paw on the clicker and then want to put my paw on the screen. Usually they stop me before I can do that.

They say its the weekend so I think they will hang out with me all day. MEOW!!!

Day 2

Today it was very rainy outside.  Some of the windows were foggy and it was hard for me to get out.  Someone forgot to close the studio door so I got to hang out this morning in the office and the porch.  Daddy already found me in the parsley pot this weekend and had to clean the dirt off of my paws.  I hope that no one notices that I smushed the parsley again today!  Other than that, I had a nice big lunch from Mama and then had some play time this afternoon.  I've been getting lots of exercise lately....I'm thinking of training for Track and Field at the Animal Olympics.  I am quite fast at my sprints these days.  (check out my video).  I'm thinking about adding Pole Vault too.

String is still my first love (besides my family) but my other toys are pretty exciting too!  I need a real mouse to practice on now.

Dolce's 1st Post

MEOW!  Welcome to my diary.  I am Dolce, a small brown kitten and just moved to a new home. I am have been living with these two fun people for just over a week now and I love it here!  They are very easy to snuggle with and feed me yummy food.  I've been playing alot and am feeling much better after my "lady" surgery.  Window ledges are fun to sit up on but I'm not allowed on the table!   Here are some videos from my playtime today.  MEOW!
